  • You were charged more than once for the same report.

How to request a refund: email contact@vininfohub.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order ID (or the email used at checkout) and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days back to your original payment method.

For any unrecognised charge or a payment that did not result in a delivered report, contact us first — most issues are resolved within hours, before any chargeback is needed.
