Built for Dealers, Flippers & Auction Buyers
Bulk VIN reports for the people running 25, 100, or 500 VINs a month. NMVTIS data, Copart/IAAI lot checks, MMR context. Volume pricing from $2.49 per report.
Running a used-car operation or auction-flipping pipeline means every VIN you do not check is money you might lose. Retail-price consumer reports at $44.99 each are not built for that workflow. This is the dealer and B2B line: bulk VIN reports priced per-report at volume, the same NMVTIS title and brand data Carfax and AutoCheck use, Copart and IAAI lot history, and MMR-style pricing context to help you decide what a car is actually worth before you bid.
Why volume pricing
A dealer running 100 wholesale VINs a month at consumer retail pricing would spend $4,499 on Carfax alone, or $2,499 on AutoCheck singles. AutoCheck's dealer 25-pack at $49.99 brings it to $2.00 per report but caps you at 25 in 21 days. Manheim MMR subscriptions cost extra on top. What auction flippers and independent dealers actually need is a single provider that delivers the NMVTIS core (titles, brands, odometer), auction-lot history, and MMR-style pricing context at a per-report price that scales with volume. That is the B2B product.
Copart / IAAI lot checks
Copart and IAAI are the two largest online salvage and total-loss auction platforms in North America, and a large share of wholesale inventory moves through them. A proper dealer VIN check pulls the lot history directly: the primary and secondary damage descriptions, odometer at auction, prior-damage photos where available, buyer fees, the auction run date, and whether the vehicle sold or re-ran. We include Copart and IAAI lot data in the standard dealer report, so you do not have to log into four different auction portals to price a car. See our standalone guides for Copart VIN reports and IAAI VIN reports if you want to drill into how each platform reports damage codes.

MMR context for used-car dealers
Manheim Market Report (MMR) is the industry-standard wholesale pricing benchmark for used cars in the United States, produced by Manheim (Cox Automotive). MMR is what most franchised dealers, independents, and auction buyers use to decide whether a bid is a good buy or a walk-away. Our dealer report complements MMR — it is not a replacement. Where MMR tells you what a car with a given year/make/model/trim/mileage/condition has been selling for at wholesale, our report tells you whether this specific VIN has a title brand, prior auction history, odometer issues, or flags that would move it below MMR or price it out of the market entirely. Use both together: MMR for what the car should sell for, VIN report for whether this particular car is the car MMR thinks it is.

Dealer volume pricing
Pricing is per-report and decreases at volume. The first tier of dealer pricing starts at 25 reports per month and scales up from there. All reports include NMVTIS core data, Copart/IAAI lot history where applicable, MMR-style pricing context, open recalls, and HTML + PDF delivery. Bulk credits are usable any time within the billing window — no 21-day use-it-or-lose-it cap like AutoCheck's 25-pack.
| Monthly volume | Per report | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| 25 reports / month | $2.49 | Web dashboard, CSV export |
| 100 reports / month | $1.99 | Dashboard, CSV, API (on request) |
| 500+ reports / month | Contact us | Custom SLA, API, white-label options on request |
Indicative pricing shown below. Final pricing depends on committed monthly volume, payment terms, and whether API delivery is included. Contact us for a dealer account and exact per-report rate for your volume tier.
What each dealer report includes
- Full NMVTIS title history and brand record (salvage, junk, flood, rebuilt, manufacturer buyback, etc.)
- Odometer readings at each title event with rollback detection
- Copart and IAAI lot history with damage codes and sale status where available
- MMR-style pricing context for the year/make/model/trim (wholesale reference)
- Open NHTSA safety recalls
- VIN decode: year, make, model, trim, plant, engine, transmission
- HTML report for on-screen review, downloadable PDF for buyer delivery
- CSV export for bulk VIN lists (Excel-friendly)
API access for dealer platforms
If you are running a dealer management system, an auction bidding tool, or a recon-prioritization pipeline, you probably want VIN history piped in as JSON rather than as a PDF your team has to open one at a time. API access is available on the 100/month tier and above. The endpoint accepts a VIN and returns the same data the dashboard report contains: NMVTIS title and brand history, odometer events, Copart/IAAI lot data where applicable, open recalls, and MMR-adjacent pricing signal. Rate limits and authentication are configured per account. Contact us to request API credentials and a sandbox key.
Who uses this
Independent used-car dealers buying 25-200 cars a month from auctions and private sellers. Auction flippers (Copart and IAAI buyers) who need a fast pre-bid decision on salvage and clean-title cars. Small-to-midsize dealer groups that have outgrown consumer-retail reports but do not need a full enterprise data subscription. Wholesalers who move inventory between franchise dealer lots. Export brokers sending vehicles out of the US who need confirmed title status. If you are running 10+ VINs a week, dealer pricing is cheaper than consumer retail.
