Your vehicle report now comes with an AI car buying consultant.
Raw history data tells you what was recorded. Our AI used-car assistant helps you understand what it means, what still needs checking, and whether the evidence supports proceeding, negotiating—or walking away.

- Model reliability context

Promising history, with damage to verify
2019 Honda Accord EX · illustrative example
Request the repair invoice, before-and-after photos, and a paint-depth check.
Intervals look useful, but ask for the original dated records.
Built around evidence, not hype. The consultant distinguishes report facts, general model knowledge, and current research—and states when the data is incomplete.
Like bringing a history analyst, used-car specialist, and negotiation coach.
The assistant is tied to the specific report you opened, so the conversation starts with the vehicle evidence instead of generic car-shopping advice.
Vehicle-history analyst
Prioritizes title brands, loss events, accidents, mileage consistency, ownership, service, auction, and value signals.
Used-car specialist
Separates the general reliability of a year, make, and model from the visible risk profile of this individual vehicle.
Negotiation coach
Turns documented issues into seller questions, inspection conditions, repair-cost checks, and fact-based leverage.
“Is this model reliable?” is not the same as “Is this car a good buy?”
A reliable model can still be a poor purchase after flood damage or weak maintenance. A less reliable model can still be carefully owned and honestly priced. That is why the consultant never collapses both judgments into one unexplained number.
Model reliability estimate
General patterns for the identified year, make, and model. Never a guarantee for the individual vehicle.
Vehicle purchase-risk score
Grounded in the report’s title, damage, mileage, ownership, service, auction, and value evidence.
Useful answers before you call the seller or visit the car.
What the consultant knows—and what it does not.
Professional advice starts by being honest about evidence boundaries. Every consultation keeps these categories separate.
Vehicle-specific records and values visible in the purchased report.
Qualified year/make/model reliability context and common inspection themes.
When needed, up-to-date sources for reliability, recall, or market context are surfaced as links.
No physical inspection, diagnostic scan, appraisal, warranty, or guarantee is implied.

Is the consultant included with every report?
The consultant is designed as an in-report module for supported customer vehicle-history and auction reports. Open the delivered online report and select “Ask the car consultant.”
Can it tell me whether to buy the car?
It provides a proceed, inspect, negotiate, or avoid verdict based on the available evidence. The verdict is decision support—not a substitute for your judgment or an independent inspection.
How is the vehicle score calculated?
The assistant weighs visible title, loss, accident, structural, mileage, ownership, service, auction, condition, and value signals. The score measures purchase risk visible in the evidence; it is not a mechanical-condition score.
Does it know the reliability of the model?
When the year, make, and model are identifiable, it provides a separate general reliability estimate. That estimate describes model-level patterns and never guarantees the condition of this individual car.
Does it replace a mechanic or recall check?
No. Always arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection and verify open recalls by VIN with the manufacturer or the relevant government recall database.
Is my full VIN sent in the AI prompt?
The consultant data pipeline minimizes identifiers and redacts full VINs, contact details, and URLs from the report evidence sent for analysis.
