Delete your VIN Info Hub account
You can request deletion here without signing in or reinstalling the mobile app.
Request account deletion
Send the request from the email address associated with your VIN Info Hub account.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data, to protect your account from unauthorized requests.
After verification, we delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data, except records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.
If the button does not open your email app, write to contact@vininfohub.com with the subject “VIN Info Hub account deletion request”.
What is deleted
- Your account profile, login association, and account preferences
- VIN searches, app activity, and report history associated with the account
- Unused credits and access tied to the deleted account
What may be retained
Limited transaction, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate legal obligations. Access is restricted and the data is not retained for marketing. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by VIN Info Hub.
