Bulk VIN Reports for Dealers & Auction Buyers

Prepaid credits, an automatic volume discount and live report prices — no subscription, no contract, no sales call.

If you check VINs every week — at a dealership, as an auction buyer or for an export business — you can pay for every report from one prepaid credit balance. The more credits you spend in a rolling 30 days, the lower your price per report. Here is exactly how it works and what it costs.

How credits work

  • 1 credit = $1. Top up any whole-dollar amount from $10 to $10,000, by card or crypto.
  • Pay for any report at checkout from your credit balance — one VIN or many.
  • Credits never expire; unused credits stay in your account.
  • Top-ups include a payment processing fee, shown before you pay; you always receive the full credit amount.
  • No subscription, no contract and no minimum volume — a free account is all you need.

Volume discount

Your discount depends on the credits you spent on reports in the last 30 days. Once you reach a tier, it stays active for 30 days and every qualifying purchase renews it. It applies automatically to each report you pay for with credits, and no report costs less than $1.

Tier Credits spent in the last 30 days Discount on each report
Bronze $50 or more 10% off
Silver $250 or more 20% off
Gold $500 or more 30% off
Platinum $1,250 or more 40% off
Diamond $2,500 or more 50% off
Master $4,000 or more 60% off

Reports and prices

These are the reports you can buy, at their current price per report before any volume discount. Prices are charged in US dollars.

  • CARFAX vehicle history report: $18.99
  • AutoCheck vehicle history report: $16.99
  • Copart auction report (photos, damage and sale details): $9.99
  • IAAI auction report (photos, damage and sale details): $4.99
  • Manheim condition report (condition grade and inspection notes; not a market value): $15.99

Before you pay, the free VIN check shows how many records each report type holds for that VIN, so you can skip reports that have nothing to show. Whether a report exists depends on the VIN.

Buying many reports of one type? Report packs are an alternative to credits: a CARFAX report costs $18.99, and in a 10-pack each CARFAX report is $12.34. A pack's price is fixed when you buy it and does not count toward the volume discount.
